All shipments are trackable.
You will receive a shipping confirmation through our shipping system and further updates by email from the carrier.

In case of damages: if possible, then reject the package, else please get a written confirmation of the damage by the carrier and send it to us within 7 business days!
Send photos of both the damaged goods and the packaging as well.

If there is no tracking movement for more than 20 days, the package has the status delivered, but the packages never arrived: please contact us.
